Each template comes with a Step-by-Step Guide. In short, to use a template: first open it in Canva using the link in the PDF file you will receive. Then, you can replace the text and image(s) with your own content. You can also customize backgrounds, colors and fonts if you wish . Once you're done, download your sell sheet as a PDF (or PNG or JPG file) for emailing.

You'll need a free Canva account and an internet connection. These templates work online, so you won't need any special software. For detailed technical requirements, such as operating system and browser compatibility, check Canva's system requirements

YES! You can 100% change anything! You can change fonts, colors, images, backgrounds and layout to create unique sell sheets. If you're comfortable with Canva, you can also add or remove elements to suit your needs.
